Vijay Ashok Gondkar is a Food Technologist and entrepreneur with over 14 years of hands-on experience in the food industry. Since 2011, he has successfully built and operated multiple food brands across bakery, dairy, snacks, fast food, and beverage segments in Shirdi. A B.Tech graduate in Food Technology from AIPT, Pune, he has worked extensively in food product development, manufacturing setup, licensing, and marketing. Through Vijay G Foods, he now mentors aspiring food entrepreneurs by sharing practical, real-world knowledge gained from building businesses from the ground up.
